Animals

Animals can be a great importance in the human life. An animal is a living creature such as a cat, dog, elephant, rat, and rabbit, rather than bird, fish, an insect, or a human being. Any living creature other than a human being can be referred to as an animal. Over 1.5 million living animal species have been described and around 1 million are insects but it has been estimated there are over 7 million animal species in total. Human being make use of many other animal species, such as food (including milk, meat, and eggs), for materials (such as bag, clothe, leather, and wool). Animals provide humans with food for example chicken, cow and goat. They can be used for protection for example dogs and also to aid the handicapped. Camel, horse and donkey are used as a means of transportation and for recreation activities like racing.
